- Play w your pet (if u have any)
- Watch supersized vs. superskinny
- Watch America’s next top model
- Paint your nails
- Take a shower
- Study
- If you’re having a craving drink 0,5l of water at once (you’ll be pretty full after this and u couldn’t eat anything)
- Put same moisturizing creme on your hands (I usually can’t eat after that bc my hands are so wet and slippery)
- Dance
- Run
- Walk
- Turn the music to the loudest and sing along (idk but this helps me to be distracted)
- Brush your teeth ( you’ll feel full after this)
- Chat w ur anna buddies
- Talk to ur friends and family
- Take a pictures of yourself as a motivation to keep going
- Put on lip balm / lipstick (I don’t wanna eat when I have theese on)
- Smell food for 10-15 secs (this is one way how I disgust myself w food)
- Drink coffee
- If u really want to eat-eat healthy (fruit, vegetables etc.)
- Read a book
- Do chores
- Make a proana notebook w safe foods , ur CW, GW, UGW , meanspo, thinspo etc.
- Smoke instead of meal (if ur a non-smoker DON’T do this, this only refers to smokers)
- If u like ur drinks to be sweetened pour stevia in it (it’s sweeter than sugar and it has 0 kcal!)
- If ur craving some ‘unhealthy food’ make a healthy version of it
- When having a craving-count to 100 b4 eating (usually after you count, craving goes away)
- Tie a belt really thight around your stomach when having a meal
- Sleep
- Put on heels and imagine u r a VS model on runaway
- Brush your hair, put some products on it and make some hairstyles
- Do your makeup
- Tweak yourself when having a craving
- Workout, bish!
- Go on myproana site
- Watch a horror movie (you’ll burn 200kcal for 2hrs of watching)
- Find a new hobby
- Make a wish board
- Try doing gymnastics or yoga
- Meditate
- Listen to classical music (this will calm u down and distract u)
- Write 20 (or more) reasons why u shouldn’t eat
